The hotel has great location, walking distance from the old quarter and the train street. Small hotel with small rooms and not so updated or kept well but good value for the money. Stayed 3 nights, room was towards the street so it was very noisy... The bed was uncomfy. Friendly staff.

I arrived early, they were kind enough to put me in a room early to shower and refresh from a 16 hour train ride from Da Nang. Trains in Vietnam are NASTY, do not go... i digress,... back to hotel. The budget hotel has a nice small room for one person, back room away from street is quieter. The room does not really have a desk or table for laptop use, so I would go down to lobby to type emails, visit with other guests, etc. The staff found I like tea, and every time I came to the lobby to use laptop, they brought me tea. Nice touch!! Thank you. Arranged airport taxi, breakfast was great for 50k vnd,

Nice hotel, very clean, in a good location and very big room :-) recommend. Also the owner is super nice and helped us alot. If we will ever come back to sapa we will sure go back to this hotel. Also good for familes

The hotel is a small family-run enterprise a bit outside the old quarter. This is not necessarily a disadvantage as it is located between the old quarter and some other main attractions to the west. Anyhow, all is still within walking distance. Across the street a small walking area near the Sky hotel offers ample food choices with good quality at favorable prices. All worked, an ideal place for anyone tired of backpacker central and not willing to upgrade too much to much more pricey places. 1-2 USD more expended but very well spent. My towels were white and clean. As the place is located on a busy street, get a room towards the back.

This hotel is really really basic, which was alright for us, as we needed to only overnight in Hanoi that time. But boy, I would not stay longer than one night here. On a positive side the staff is really friendly and welciming. The room is very spacious, true, and does look clean at first sight, but then you walk into the bathroom and look at the towels... Ok, I have been to many budget places before, but I have never seen towels which used to be white, to be so very and old in a hotel. The bedsheet had stains on it and some hairs too Would definitely not stay here again. Only if you are really desperate and there are no other places available. Could be much better for 17 bucks a night.
